Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: Refund requests must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and accessories fully intact.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

  4. Exclusions: Items that are used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
